She was born in a family that the parents always have a quarrel because of alcohol.Her mother said she had a dream before gave birth to her and was confident that she would be a doctor once she grown up. And the dream had came true, she became a doctor. She treats the patients by using her knowledge, giving an advice to her coma patients to be in a better conscious and think of only merit before dying. She is a successful doctor but she does not seem to be much successful in love.
A Floating City
He was ordained as a novice 3 times and during his last ordination he was firmly determined to lead a monastic life all his life even though at that time he was in grade 8th. He said even though he had to be there all by himself he could do that; as he was ordained he didn’t want to disrobe because he had Nibbana as the goal and he would not feel lonely.He wanted to stay there, he wanted to meditate and disseminate the teachings of the Lord Buddha.

My daughter loves merit and is afraid of sin. She wakes up in the morning to do the morning chanting. Then she sleeps almost until noon. In the evening, she does the evening chanting and then watches TV until late at night. She has no sense of responsibility and relies on her parents to take care of her although she is a full grown adult. Will she gain merit from behaving this way? How should we guide her so that she realizes what she is doing?
